Cancellation & No-Show Policy
I value your business, and I appreciate your cooperation. In accepting your appointment, all other requests for that time are refused, to value your time.

When you book your appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevents me from accommodating other clients. Please understand that I only get paid when I deliver a service.

24-hour notice is required for all cancellations.

50% Payment will be required for late cancellations or “no-shows” unless:

the appointment can be filled

it is an unforeseen last-minute cancellation (in which case fees due are to be determined on an individual basis)

If an emergency arises, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can treat your specific situation with attention. I recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and I may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.

Missed appointment fees are not eligible for direct billing or insurance compensation.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, I may not be able to treat for the length of time that was originally set for the treatment service booked. Payment will be required for the original service booked.

Practicing within scope of practice

Sanitary and prepared treatment space for every treatment

Meeting treatment goals and providing self/home care support
